This is a blend of five elite Kentucky bluegrass varieties that have been optimized for low sports turf or fairway mowing. Medium fine leaf texture and a medium green color in appearance. Overall these varieties will produce some of the most attractive and tightly knit turf available.

Consists of low-maintenance and very fine-bladed fescue blended with high quality Kentucky Bluegrass. This mix is specifically designed to perform well in dense shade to partial sun exposure. Preferred shade is a great option when you want green in low traffic places that it’s hard to maintain a thick green lawn due to sun exposure. The high quality varieties are strong in disease resistance.
