Consists of low-maintenance and very fine-bladed fescue blended with Kentucky Bluegrass. This mix is specifically designed to perform well in dense shade to full sun exposure. Preferred shade is a great option when you want green in low traffic places that it’s hard to maintain a thick green lawn due to sun exposure. The high-quality varieties are strong in disease resistance.
